xx7 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Users

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing xx7.st, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any game or service offered on the xx7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and xx7.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the xx7 platform. Continued use of xx7 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use an xx7 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xx7 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or as part of any commercial operation.
• You must not already hold an existing xx7 account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be accessing xx7 from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of xx7 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a self-excluded user who has previously requested closure of their xx7 account on responsible gaming grounds.

xx7 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any user at any time. Where a user cannot provide satisfactory verification, xx7 may suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

03 Your Account

When registering on xx7, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your login ID, password and any one-time passwords sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these details with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account using your credentials is your responsibility.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact xx7 support immediately.
• xx7 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If anyone claiming to be from xx7 asks for your password, do not provide it and report it to support.
• You may not transfer, sell or assign your xx7 account to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• xx7 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining balance to the verified primary account, or withhold funds where fraud is suspected.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on xx7 for Pakistani users are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer (IBFT) as deposit methods. You must only use a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment account belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your xx7 wallet quickly, subject to network availability.
• Raast transfers and bank IBFT payments follow standard interbank processing timelines.
• xx7 does not apply a platform-level deposit fee. Any charges from your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside xx7's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error — for example, transferring to an incorrect account number — cannot be recovered by xx7. Always verify payment details carefully before confirming a deposit.
• xx7 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold a deposit where fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity is suspected.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your xx7 wallet are processed back to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent misuse of the platform for financial transfers unrelated to gaming activity.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing times are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• xx7 may request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where large amounts are involved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed in the Withdrawal section.
• Funds that were deposited as part of a bonus and have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• If your account is under review for any reason — including suspected policy violation or incomplete verification — withdrawals may be placed on hold until the review is complete.
• xx7 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the name matching your xx7 account.

06 Betting & Games

xx7 offers sports betting markets — with a primary focus on cricket, including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other major cricket events — alongside football and Esports. The platform also provides casino games, slots, Bingo, Fish Games and live casino tables.

• All bets placed on xx7 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement except in specific circumstances outlined in individual market rules (for example, match abandonment or event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or data feed failure that affects the display of odds or game outcomes, xx7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to user accounts.
• Users must not attempt to exploit errors in odds, take advantage of latency in live betting markets, or use any software, bot or automated tool to place bets on xx7.
• xx7 may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets or across accounts at its discretion.
• The outcome of all casino games, slots and RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generation. xx7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game in play. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome of that round stands as recorded on the server.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

xx7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and validity periods. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one account per person, per household and per payment method may claim any given promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• xx7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If xx7 determines that a user has exploited a bonus offer — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements rather than genuine play — the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from the account.
• Bonus funds and free bets cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering fulfilment process.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xx7. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point, including during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or algorithm to interact with xx7's betting markets, games or payment systems.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system faults for financial gain.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Using xx7 as a channel for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the xx7 platform or its systems.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing xx7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds via a payment account that does not belong to you, or making deposits on behalf of another person.

09 Suspension & Account Closure

xx7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes.
• The user has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account is involved in bonus abuse, matched betting abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• The user is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been flagged for responsible gaming intervention at the user's own request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, xx7 will communicate with the account holder via their registered contact details. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and the balance will remain accessible.

You may also close your own xx7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

10 Limitation of Liability

xx7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xx7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, the platform does not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or free from errors, delays or interruptions.

• xx7 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or account access resulting from technical faults, network interruptions or circumstances beyond xx7's reasonable control.
• xx7 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your decisions to deposit, bet, or play on the platform. All gaming and betting activity involves risk, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• xx7's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits xx7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

xx7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at xx7.st/privacy-policy. By using xx7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected by xx7 includes registration information, payment details, betting and gaming activity, and device/session data.
• xx7 uses this data to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, meet compliance obligations and improve the platform.
• xx7 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

However, it remains your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

Your continued use of xx7 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
