Bank transfers can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on the bank. If your deposit has not reflected after two hours, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and contact our support team with the reference number.

XX7 does not charge any additional fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider — such as JazzCash or your bank — may apply their own standard transaction charges. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you are unsure. The amount you see credited in your XX7 wallet is always the full amount received after any provider deductions.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payout method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account — enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your account is verified before submitting a withdrawal request, as unverified accounts may experience delays. Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours during business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount at XX7 is typically PKR 500. This applies to all supported payout methods. If your available balance is below this threshold, you will need to play a little more before you can request a payout. The maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per day depends on your account level and the payment method chosen.

There are a few common reasons for withdrawal delays: your account may not be fully verified yet, there may be an active bonus wagering requirement that needs to be completed first, or the request may be in a queue during peak hours. Check your account verification status and any active bonus terms. If everything looks clear and your request is still pending after 24 hours, please contact support with your transaction ID.
